The BMC Helix Service Management deployment includes BMC Helix Innovation Suite and service management applications.

The BMC Helix IT Operations Management includes BMC Helix Operations Management, BMC Helix AIOps with BMC Helix Intelligent Automation, and BMC Helix Continuous Optimization.
