Upgrading

Use the information in this section to upgrade BMC Helix IT Operations Management (BMC Helix ITOM) to version 25.1.00. The upgrade process includes the upgrade of the BMC Helix Platform Common Services and applications.

If you are on BMC Helix ITOM version older than 24.3, you must first upgrade to version 24.3 or 24.4 and then upgrade to 25.1.
