Troubleshooting Kubernetes issues

Use the information in this topic to troubleshoot issues related to Kubernetes: 

The statefulstate pod is unable to start

The following error is displayed:
Multi-Attach error for volume "pvc-<pvc_id>" Volume is already exclusively attached to one node and can't be attached to another.
 
Scope

This issue occurs when you upgrade Kubernetes from a lower version to 1.25 or later.

Workaround

Identify and unmount the Kubernetes worker node on which the PVC volume is mounted.
