To update the infra.config and deployment.config files by using the upgrade configuration utility

To upgrade the Ingress controller from version 1.2.0 to 1.7.0

To upgrade BMC Helix ITOM from version 23.1.02 to 23.2.02 

To upgrade BMC Helix ITOM from version 22.4 to 23.2.02 

To upgrade BMC Helix ITOM from version 22.2.01 to 23.2.02 

 If the upgrade fails for any reason, the product automatically rolls back to the previously installed version of BMC Helix IT Operations Management.
