System requirements
Before you deploy the product, make sure that your environment meets the hardware and software requirements. To plan the deployment, see Planning-a-fresh-deployment.
A root or non-root user can deploy this product. The following items are required for deployment.
BMC Helix IT Service Management version 21.3.06 requires BMC Helix IT Operations Management (BMC Helix Platform services deployment) 23.1.02 Hotfix 1.

Harbor repository requirements
The HTTPS protocol is required for the Harbor registry.

Create a namespace to deploy both BMC Helix IT Operations Management and BMC Helix Logging.
