Accessing container images

The BMC Helix IT Operations Managementcontainer images are hosted on BMC Docker Trusted Registry (DTR) which is available at containers.bmc.com. You can access the containers for which you are licensed. Use the token in the container-token.bmc file that you downloaded from the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) to access the container images.

This token is required as a password to pull images from containers.bmc.com while setting up a Harbor registry or when performing the installation.

Update your firewall policies to enable access to BMC DTR. Use the following fully qualified domain names:
The Harbor repository that you create must be active after you deploy BMC Helix IT Operations Management so that the pods can access the images if the worker nodes have not previously pulled images.
