Upgrading

You can upgrade the product from version 22.2.01. If you are using an earlier version of the product, first upgrade the product to version 22.2.01, and then upgrade it to version 22.4.

Starting with release 22.4, the Bitnami PostgreSQL is not supported. The Patroni PostgreSQL is now supported. You must migrate your data from the Bitnami PosgreSQL to Patroni PostgreSQL during the upgrade.

If the upgrade fails for any reason, the product automatically rolls back to the previously installed version.

Important

For OpenShift, the upgrade is supported only for the OpenShift non-restricted Security Context Constraints (SCC).
