Unable to log in to RSSO

Symptom

When you run the tctl login command, the following error appears and you cannot log in to RSSO:

Can't connect securely to this page. 

Scope

This might occur because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings and some clusters send back an HTTPS URL instead of an HTTP URL. 

If this keeps happening, try contacting the website's owner

Workaround

Change the URL in the browser from HTTPS to HTTP and refresh the page.
