Important information for users of BMC Helix CMDB

To integrate BMC Helix Discovery with BMC Helix CMDB, there are some prerequisites, known issues, and limitations that you must be aware of.

Supported versions of BMC Helix CMDB

BMC Helix Discovery is compatible with BMC Helix CMDB 23.3 and later.

CMDB synchronization is expected to work with earlier CMDB versions, though we recommend testing in a development environment before using the combination in production. While CMDB sync is expected to continue working with all versions of CMDB, BMC only supports integrations between supported versions of BMC Helix Discovery and BMC CMDB. 

The BMC Helix Discovery integration with ServiceNow CMDB is supported for all supported releases of ServiceNow CMDB.
