Support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 | Starting from the 21.02 version, BMC will not support the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11 with BMC Helix Discovery. For a complete list of BMC products that will no longer support Internet Explorer 11, see theBMC Customer Support Communities page. As technology advances, it has become more challenging to resolve browser-specific issues related to Internet Explorer 11. We might attempt to fix some issues related to that version, but some features might not work as expected. Because of security compromises and performance issues, we recommend not using Internet Explorer 11. Instead, BMC encourages you to switch to other fully supported browsers. BMC will still support Internet Explorer 11 on releases of BMC products prior to version 21.02, where it was already supported.
