Product Content TKU 2021-May-2

Technology Knowledge Update TKU 2021-May-2 contains the following additional product content for the BMC Discovery 11.3, 12.0 and 20.08. series.

Product content updates require appliance restart

This TKU release contains product content additions. When product content is added, the appliance is restarted as part of the update. You are given the opportunity to prevent the restart, though if you do so, none of the knowledge content will be installed.

Feature updates

The following feature were updated or introduced in Product Content 2021-May-2: 

  1. CLOUD/AZURE: discover Azure Subscriptions and Management Groups hierarchy. For details, see (DRDC1-15367), Discovering-Microsoft-Azure.
  2. Discovery of "Microsoft Failover Group" Cluster. For details, see (DRDC1-13592). Microsoft-Cluster-Server, Microsoft-SQL-Server.
  3. Backend to support HPE Superdome Flex RMC via REST API (DRDC1-16478).

Defects

The following additional defects were resolved in Product Content 2021-May-2: 

  1. Azure Traceback for ServiceBus.Namespace KeyError: 'id'. For details, see (DRDC1-16512, DRDC1-16492), Discovering-Microsoft-Azure.
