Product Content TKU 2021-Feb-1

Technology Knowledge Update TKU 2021-Feb-1 contains the following additional product content for the BMC Discovery 11.3, 12.0 and 20.08. series:

Product content updates require appliance restart

When product content is added, the appliance is restarted as part of the update. You are given the opportunity to prevent the restart, though if you do so, none of the knowledge content will be installed.

Feature updates

The following feature were updated or introduced in Product Content 2021-Feb-1: 

  1. F5 LB TLS certificates discovery. (DRDC1-15202). For more details, see TLS-Certificate-Discovery-for-F5-BIG-IP-Local-Traffic-Manager.
  2. CLOUD/AWS/INVENTORY: CloudFront. (DRDC1-12915). For more details, see Amazon-CloudFront.

Defects

The following additional defects were resolved in Product Content 2021-Feb-1: 

  1. NetApp Devices misplaced OS Version with OS Info by REST API Scan in both getDeviceInfo method and from the storage device node page. (DRDC1-16163).
  2. Azure Cloud CDN service profile list call during a scan receive an error related to API version. (DRDC1-16316).

Discovery commands are unchanged in Product Content 2021-Feb-1.

Model changes

There are no model changes in Product Content 2021-Feb-1.
