Product Content TKU 2018-Nov-1

BMC Discovery Technology Knowledge Update 2018-Nov-1 contains the following additional product content for the BMC Discovery 11.3 and 11.2 series:

Product content updates require appliance restart

When product content is added, the appliance is restarted as part of the update. You are given the opportunity to prevent the restart, though if you do so, none of the knowledge content will be installed.

Feature updates

No new features were introduced in November TKU release.

Other defects

The following additional defects were resolved in Product Content 2018-Nov-1:

  • ECA Error with AmazonWebServices.RDS.InferDatabaseInstances pattern. (DRDC1-12235)
  • AWS Pagination issue - approach with nexttoken. (DRDC1-11868)

  • Last scan date is not synced for cloud service. (DRUD1-24425)
  • Add last_update_success attribute for the Network Devices created from patterns directly. (DRDC1-11545)
  • Multi-tenant company name not present on network devices which are created by Patterns after syncing to CMDB. (DRUD1-24198)

Changes to discovery commands

Discovery commands are unchanged in Product Content 2018-Nov-1.

Model changes
