Product Content TKU 2018-Feb-1

BMC Discovery Technology Knowledge Update 2018-Feb-1 contains the following additional product content for the BMC Discovery 11.2 series:

Product content updates require appliance restart

When product content is added, the appliance is restarted as part of the update. You are given the opportunity to prevent the restart, though if you do so, none of the knowledge content will be installed.

No feature updates have been made in this TKU release.

Other defects

The following additional defects were resolved in Product Content 2018-Feb-1:

  • Operating System CI missing for Storage Systems after CMDB Sync. (DRUD1-21682)

Node changes

The following changes have been made to the node kinds:

  • New virtual attribute was added to DeviceInfo node (DRDC1-10528).

Changes to discovery commands

No changes have been made to the discovery commands in this TKU release.

Model changes
