ISS04058700

QM001775489

Problem: Oracle Siebel CRM Server Manager pattern is generating multiple SIs for what is logically a single instance

Solution: Code fix. SI model updated based on customer feedback and further research. SI key changed

ISS04057061

QM001775730

Problem: IBM WebSphere Message Broker pattern is not reporting correct version when multiple versions are found either via package or file versioning methods Solution: Code fix.

ISS03994141

QM001776751

Problem: Current JBoss Application Server pattern is failing to parse the installation root correctly leading to failure to obtain version information Solution: Pattern updated to correct the parsing of the installation path from the process command-line. Pattern further updated to correct publisher name in the SI type and SI key creation standardized.

ISS04065057

QM001777085

Problem: Sybase ASE Cluster Edition pattern can exit with an ECA engine after parsing the output of active versioning method Solution: Code fix.

ISS04070089

QM001778074

Problem: Parsing of the path to the .vmx files by the VMware pattern can fail in certain circumstances Solution: Code fix.

ISS04072923

QM001778807 / #TKU-691

Problem: BMC Network Automation Server pattern (UNIX) can in certain circumstances create the BMC Network Automation SI on the scanned host even though the software is not present on that host Solution: Code fix. BMC Network Automation SI key updated at the same time to improve the model created.

-

#TKU-1738

Version method ordering in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager pattern was updated to WMI, then file, then registry, then package as this is the order most likely to return an accurate version of the product

-

#TKU-1736 / #TKU-1743

Problem: Certain patterns call discovery.allProcesses() function passing an inferred (Host) node which will never return a result. Solution: Code fix.

-

#TKU-1740

IBM Red Brick Warehouse pattern updated to create either an instance based SI key or grouped SI key based on the data that was discovered.

-

#TKU-1742

Problem: Apache Tomcat Application Server pattern can exit with an ECA engine error when Apache Tomcat is discovered on Windows hosts. Solution: Code fix - parsing of values obtained from Windows registry improved. Pattern further updated to try to obtain the installation path (CATALINA HOME) from the registry if this is not available from the trigger process.

-

#TKU-1749

Problem: A change to the Apache HTTPD-based Webservers pattern implemented in TKU December 2012 causes the pattern to no longer be able to obtain version information from installed packages, and furthermore the SI type of certain instances of Apache Web Server can change from Apache Webserver to a more generic Apache HTTPD-based Webserver Solution: Code fix.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
