Viewing a database
To view a database
- From the main menu, select Explore > Data.
- In the Software & Databases section, click Databases.
Select a database from the list.
The selected database is displayed on a new page.
The information fields for a typical database are described in the following table:
Field name | Details |
|---|---|
Name | Name of this database. |
Type | Type of database, for example, DB2. |
Trigger Count | The number of triggers set in this database. |
Software Instance | Software instance of this database node. |
Maintaining Pattern | The pattern that maintains this database. |
Cloud | Whether this database is hosted in a cloud |
Cloud class | The cloud class in which this database is hosted. For example, Elastic Standard. |
Instance | Name of the database instance. |
Logical Database Type | Type of this database. For example, SQL Server Database. |
Short Name | Short name of this database. |
To view database details
- From the main menu, select Explore > Data.
- In the Software & Databases section, click Database Details.
Select a database from the list.
The details of the selected database are displayed on a new page.
The information fields for the database details are listed in the table of the earlier section.
