ResourceFacingService node for Telco

Describes an individual resource facing service acting as an abstraction of multiple technical and infrastructure elements. 

Lifecycle

All of the telco nodes are imported from data sources. BMC Discovery only provides the taxonomy definitions, it does not populate or modify this model in any way. 

Telco nodes are not synchronized to the CMDB.
