mail.send

mail.send(recipients, subject, message)


Sends an email.

recipients is a single string containing an email address, or a list of email address strings; subject is the subject line to use in the email; message is the message contents.

BMC Discovery must be correctly configured with an SMTP server for email sending to succeed. Sending a large number of emails could potentially impact performance and should be used with caution.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
