In TKU March 2009, we added an exclude process at the beginning of the Continuous Protection Server Pattern. This process makes sure that we aren't dealing with an instance of Symantec Veritas Replication Exec Agent, in which case the Pattern stops immediately.

In TKU October 2011 the following patterns: BackupExec Remote Agent Pattern, Server and Continuous Protection Server patterns were updated with code to confirm that the value has been returned from the registry query before using it later during execution in order to prevent scenarios where if the value was not obtained the pattern could exit with an ECA engine error.
