Network Interface VLAN IDs

Starting from TKU December 2022 new attribute "VLAN IDs" was added to NetworkInterface node.

Currently only HP (H3C), Juniper EX and Cisco devices support this attribute.

Below are examples of Network Interface with populated VLAN IDs attribute:
