Cisco AP as WLC
In case of Cisco AP the Discovery uses bsnAPTable SNMP table (1.3.6.1.4.1.14179.2.2.1.1) to get confirmation that WLC functionality is activated on AP.
The original name of the "WLC functionality on AP" by Cisco is "Mobility Express".
Currently, the WLC functionality on AP is supported by Cisco models:
- Aironet1830 with sysObjectID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2371
- Aironet 3800 with sysObjectID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2373
