HPE Alletra MP B10000 Discovered Information
This page details the storage information collected for each of the supported HPE HPE Alletra MP B10000 discovered in your IT infrastructure.
Storage Systems Information
To access the collected information for HPE Alletra MP B10000 storage systems:
- From the Home page, locate the Quick View section and click the Storage System icon to display the list of the discovered storage systems.
- In the Storage System list, double-click the HPE Alletra MP B10000 storage system you wish to access.

The table below lists the System Storage Information as discovered and displayed in the BMC Discovery console.
Storage System Information | Description |
|---|---|
Name | The name of the storage system. |
Type | The type name of the storage system. |
Client Access Types | The ways in which a client host can access the storage that this system is providing. |
Vendor | The storage system vendor. |
| Model | The name of the storage system model. |
| Status | The operational status of the storage system. To simplify the reading, the status values are categorized as OK, Degraded, Failed, or Offline. |
DNS Domain | The Domain Name System (DNS) of the host. |
Serial Number | The storage system serial number. |
Software Version | The software version of the storage system. |
Total Capacity | The total capacity of the storage system. |
Total Consumed Capacity | The total space consumed in the storage system. |
| Percentage Consumed | The percentage of space consumed in the storage pool. |
Total Available Capacity | The total capacity available for storage in the storage system. |
| Total Subscribed Capacity | The total subscribed capacity in the storage pool. |
| Percentage Subscribed | The percentage of space subscribed in the storage pool. |
Total Oversubscribed Capacity | Total space oversubscribed in the storage system. |

Storage Processors | The storage processors related to the storage system. |

To access the collected information for storage devices, click the Storage Device link available in the Storage System page.

Storage Processors Information
To access the collected information for storage devices, click the Storage Processor link available in the Storage System page.

The table below lists the Storage Processor Information as discovered and displayed in the BMC Discovery console.

| Processor Identifier | The processor identifier. |
| Vendor | The hardware vendor. |
| Model | The model name. |
| Description | The model description. |
| Firmware | The firmware details. |
| Memory | Size of the processor's memory in bytes. |
| Storage System | The name of the storage device. This is also a link to the Storage System page. |
| Fibre Channel Ports | Indicates the World Wide Port Name (WWPN) of the Fibre Channel port. |
| Network Interfaces | Link to the network interface(s) related to the storage processor. |
Storage Pools Information
To access the collected information for storage devices, click the Storage Pool link available in the Storage System page.

The table below lists the Storage Pool Information as discovered and displayed in the BMC Discovery console.

| Pool ID | The internal identifier of this storage pool. |
| Type | The type of the storage pool. |
| Name | The name of the storage pool. |
| Capacity | The usable capacity of the storage pool. |
| Consumed Capacity | The space actually consumed in the storage pool in bytes. |
| Percentage Consumed | The percentage of space consumed in the storage pool. |
| Available Capacity | The total capacity not consumed in the storage pool in bytes. |
| Configured Volume Capacity | The sum of all mapped volumes. |
| Subscribed Capacity | The total subscribed capacity in the storage pool. |
| Percentage Subscribed | The percentage of space subscribed in the storage pool. |
| Oversubscribed Capacity | The total space oversubscribed in the storage pool. |
| Virtual Capacity | The virtual capacity available in the storage pool. |
| Storage System | The name of the storage system for this storage pool. This is also a link to the Storage Systems page. |
| Storage Volumes | The volumes for the storage pool. This is also a link to the Storage Volumes page. |
Storage Volumes Information
This section provides information about the storage volumes for the selected storage system.
To access the collected information for storage volumes:
- Select the Infrastructure option in the Explore menu, and then the Storage Systems in the Infrastructure Summary section.
- Select a storage system from the list.
- Click the Storage Volumes link in the Storage Volumes section to display a list of the storage volumes associated to the storage system.
- Click a Storage Volume in the list.

The table below lists the Storage Volumes Information as discovered and displayed in the BMC Discovery console.
Storage Volume Information | Description |

| Volume ID | The ID of the storage volume. |
| Name | The name of the storage volume. |
| NAA ID | The Network Addressing Authority identifier of the volume. |
| Thinly Provisioned | Indicates whether the volume are thinly provisioned or not. For example, if the volumes are not thinly provisioned, it displays No. |
| Visible Capacity | The visible capacity of the storage volume. |
| Consumed From Pool | The capacity consumed from the storage pool related to the storage volume in bytes. |
| Consumable Capacity | The consumable capacity in the storage volume (in GiB). |
| Percentage of Pool Consumed | The percentage of capacity consumed in the storage volume. |
| Block Size | The block size of the storage volume. |
| Number of Blocks | The number of blocks of the storage volume. |
| Consumable Blocks | The number of consumable blocks of the storage volume. |
| Encryption | Indicates whether the data encryption is enabled (Yes) or disabled (No). |
| Storage System | The name of the storage system for this storage volume. This is also a link to the Storage Systems page. |
| Storage Pool | Name of the storage pool for this storage volume. This is also a link to the Storage Pools page. |
IP Address Information
This section provides information about the IP addresses used by the storage system.
To access the collected information for the IP addresses:
- Select the Infrastructure option in the Explore menu, and then the Storage Systems in the Infrastructure Summary section.
- Select a storage system from the list.
- Click the IP Address link in the IP Addresses section to display a list of the IP addresses associated to the storage system.
- Click a IP Address in the list.

The table below lists the IP Address Information as discovered and displayed in the BMC Discovery console.
IP Address Information | Description |

| IP Address | The IP address of the storage system node. |
| Type | The type of IP address (IPV4 or IPV6). |
| Netmask | Indicates which part of the IP address is reserved for the network and which part is available for host use. |
| Broadcast Address | The broadcast address within the subnet. |
| Network Interface | The network interface related to the IP address. |
| Storage System | The storage system related to the IP address. |
| Subnet | The sub-networks for the IP address. |
Network Interfaces Information
This section provides information about network interfaces. To access the collected information for network interfaces:
- Select the Infrastructure option in the Explore menu, and then the Storage Systems in the Infrastructure Summary section.
- Select a storage system from the list.
- Click the Network Interface link in the Network Interfaces section to display a list of the network interface associated to the storage system.
- Click a Network Interface in the list.

Fiber Channel Ports Information
To access the collected information for storage devices, click the Fiber Channel link available in the Storage System page.

The table below lists the Storage Pool Information as discovered and displayed in the BMC Discovery console.
Storage Device Information | Description |

| Port Name | The name of the front end FC port. |
| WWPN | The World Wide Port Name — Unique serial number of the front end FC port. |
| Role | The role of the FC port. For example, Front End |
| Type | The front end FC port type. |
| State | The front end FC port state. |
| Speed | The front end FC port speed (in Gbit/s). |
| Storage Processor | The storage processor for this port. This is also a link to the Storage Processor page. |
