In the Spotlight May 2011

In TKU May 2011 we have developed new pattern modules certain products and enhancing existing ones. One new product pattern in this release is for IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager.

The pattern module creates Software Instance for the IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager and IBM Tivoli Process Automation Engine(TPAE) on Windows platform. The pattern supports windows registry versioning, file versioning and package versioning to version IBM TSRM and IBM TPAE software instances. It can also model Client-Server Communication, peer to peer Communication and Dependency relationships with various other software instances which are part of this suite deployment.
