In TKU January we focused our efforts on extending our support of BMC products.

In this page, we are showcasing 2 of these products: Remedy ARS and Atrium CMDB.

2. Remedy AR System & Atrium CMDB

We model the binding relationship that exists between these 2 products, by modeling a Dependency link between CMDB and Server.

2. Remedy AR System

We model the ARS Server, and then complete the model with Plugins, and Licensing Data. Finally, we add the ARS Mid Tier to the Software Map, by modeling a relationship link between the 2 SoftwareInstances.
