In the Spotlight February 2010

In February TKU we focused our efforts on extending our coverage of key BMC products.

The 2 most prominent releases for this month are 2 big enhancements to products that we already supported: BMC-Remedy-AR-System and Microsoft-Internet-Information-Services.

We are showcasing these 2 enhancements on this page.

BMC Remedy AR System

The patterns were greatly enhanced, specifically to support a selected range of Applications running on top of the Remedy AR System infrastructure. For this purpose, a new Second Order SoftwareInstance is modeled, and it was named BMC Remedy AR System. This is the SoftwareInstance that the Applications are modeled on top of.

Microsoft Internet Information Services

The enhancements to these patterns were aimed towards two separate goals: firstly, full support for Microsoft IIS 7 was introduced. Subsequently, all Websites & Applications were modeled as a substructure of Detail nodes.
