In the Spotlight August 2011

In TKU Aug 2011 we have developed new pattern modules for certain products and enhanced existing ones. One of such new pattern module in this release is for IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Server.

The pattern module identifies running software instance of IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Server on UNIX platform and models it along with relationships with other associated software instances. In this pattern, version of the product is obtained using the file versioning method.

The pattern relates IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Server SI to IBM DB2 Database Server SI with communication relationship and IBM WebSphere Application Server with dependency relationship.

Here is an example of modeled software instance of IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Server generated with this pattern.
