In TKU April 2011 we have developed new pattern modules for some of the IBM products and enhancing existing ones. One of such brand new pattern in this release is for IBM Maximo Asset Management.

IBM Maximo Asset Management is Asset Management solution from IBM and it can be deployed in distributed environment on multiple hosts which can be identified and modeled with this pattern.

The pattern module creates Software Instance for the IBM Maximo Application Server and Business Application Instance for IBM Maximo Asset Management on both the Windows and UNIX platforms. On both the platforms file versioning method is used to version IBM Maximo Asset Management related instances. It also models the Client-Server Communication and Dependency relationships with various components of IBM Maximo Asset Management.
