Default users and user groups

When you install or upgrade TrueSight Presentation Server, the some default user groups and users, specific to TrueSight Capacity Optimization and TrueSight Cloud Cost Control, are created in your Remedy Single Sign-On (SSO) server for the default tenant (*). 

Users in the default user group have specific permissions that allow them access to specific sections in the TrueSight console and TrueSight Capacity Optimization console. 

Not all default user groups contain default users.

User groups in the Remedy SSO console are associated with corresponding roles in the TrueSight console and the Capacity Optimization console.
