Downloading the installation files
You obtain the installation files for the product from the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site. Your ability to access product pages on the EPD website is determined by the license entitlements purchased by your company. To understand which files you are entitled to download, access the license entitlements for your product.
Download links for installation files
To access the EPD website, you must provide your BMC Support credentials. You must be licensed for the product to access the download page. You may be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.
Use the following EPD link to access the installation files on the EPD website. From the EPD page, download the installation files for your platform.
