Default users and user groups

When you install or upgrade to TrueSight Presentation Server 11.0, the following default user groups and users, specific to TrueSight Capacity Optimization and TrueSight Cloud Cost Control, are created in your Remedy Single Sign-On (SSO) server for the default tenant (*).

Not all default user groups contain default users.

The user group in the Remedy RSSO console is associated with a role in the Capacity Optimization console through the external name.
