ServiceNow

This release brings support for ServiceNow, a tool that provides service management software as a service. The integration supports the following use cases and capabilities:

• Align TSCO workspace hierarchy to Service/Application topology defined in ServiceNow CMDB, allowing the Capacity Manager to run Service Capacity Management utilization analysis and saturation prediction
• Add ServiceNow fields as configuration metrics for TSCO entities. The imported dimensions can be then used while creating reporting deliverable to provide additional context for the report user

The integration supports the ServiceNow SaaS offering and leverages the official ServiceNow REST Table APIs for data extraction

Moviri - k8s (Kubernetes) Heapster Integration

The k8s (Kubernetes) Prometheus Integration, previously known simply as “Moviri – Kubernetes Integration”, has been completely reviewed and tuned to support the largest Kubernetes infrastructure.

In addition, the new version of this Integration provides support for Kubernetes Labels, imported as tags in BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization.

Moviri - k8s (Kubernetes) Prometheus Integration

In this release, a new approach to extract data from the Kubernetes cluster management system. As Heapster will be officially not available starting from Kubernetes 1.13, the new integration will leverage Prometheus as Kubernetes Monitoring solution.

The new integration supports the same set of performance and configuration metrics across the different components of the Kubernetes system.

Moviri – Kubernetes View

The new version of the Kubernetes View now provides the possibility to drill-down Capacity analysis down to Persistent Volumes. From the Cluster > Storage view, by selecting a Cluster the View will present the list of Persistent Volume configured in the selected Kubernetes Cluster
