Hadoop View Enhancements

Hadoop View takes full advantage of TrueSight console in version 10.7.01. An aggregated top-level over time view of key performance indicators for the entire Hadoop estate has been added, with the possibility of discriminating among the different Hadoop distributions available in the enterprise. Also, an in-depth section for analyzing YARN resource pools utilization is now available.

Network View Enhancements

Two enhanced sections of the Network View are available in 10.7.01. Summarized and drill-down pages show performance indicators of individual network interfaces, allowing a more granular level of analysis with respect to previous version.

In order to manage the capacity of network devices in terms of ports availability, a common use case for datacenters' network administrators, two pages now provide both top-level aggregated visibility and device-specific current and forecasted occupation status.

Network managament solutions' connectors

Entuity and HP NNMi Moviri Integrators have been enhanced with the possibility to restrict imported data to specific network interfaces. Is is a common case network administrators really needs to focus on specific links only within their datacenter, avoiding to import high volume of data for network interfaces they already know will never experience capacity issues. Both Moviri connectors now supports this requirement.
