Enhanced Moviri Integrator for K8S Prometheus 

  • Change metric RESTART_COUNT to be delta rather than cumulative value
  • Add support for recovery mode
  • Update lastcounter to property "Maximum Hours to Extract" if current lastcounter is too old
    • this behavior will not apply when recovery mode is enabled
  • Support Openshift 4.10
