Reviewing the Continuous Optimization Agent version details
When you install Continuous Optimization Agents, the agent version is updated by the installer and stored in the AGENT dataset. Find the AGENT dataset on the By Dataset tab by navigating from Administration > DATA WAREHOUSE > Datasets & metrics.
As a BMC Helix Continuous Optimization administrator, you can either schedule a daily report, or run it on demand to view the Continuous Optimization Agent version details. Periodic audits on the version of Continuous OptimizationAgents can help you keep them updated.
If you experience a failure with a Continuous Optimization Agent, provide this version information when you contact BMC to help with the investigation of the problem.
