Exclude data marts and views while migrating from TrueSight Capacity Optimization by setting the migrate-datamarts-and-views parameter to false. By default, this parameter is set to true. For details, see Running-the-migration-tool.

Assign permission to save the search as a new entity filter

Assign the analysis > edit (WEB_ANALYZE_EDIT) permission to your user role to save the search as a new entity filter in Workspace. For details, see Default-user-roles-and-permissions.

Enable TLS server certificate validation in the Gateway Server and Continuous Optimization Agents for secure communication

Use TLS version 1.3 with out-of-the-box, self-signed certificates to secure communication between the Gateway Server and Continuous Optimization Agents. You can configure TLS during or after the installation of these components. For details, see Enabling-TLS-server-certificate-validation-between-the-Gateway-Server-and-Continuous-Optimization-Agents.

Use the Allow/Deny list option for improved filtering capabilities in vCenter ETLs

In the VMware vCenter ETLs, use the Allow/Deny list option to filter specific clusters, hosts, and virtual machines. You can also use regular expressions in both the allow and deny lists. For details, see VMware-vCenter-Extractor-Service and VMware-vCenter-and-ESX-Server-History-Extractor.
