The Data Collection Status report is available through the Manager component to monitor the status of your Manager runs. Use this diagnostic tool to monitor the overall run and the individual data collection and transfer phases of the run.
The following table describes the different status types in the Data Collection Status report.

| The number of collection requests in the Manager run that contain an error. An error is used to indicate that data was not collected or transferred. |
| The number of collection requests in the Manager run that contain a warning. |
| The number of collection requests in the Manager run that were listed as OK. |
| The current state of collection request. Possible values are: - Sending: The collect request is being initiated.
- Pending: The collect request is successfully sent to the agent.
- Running: The collect request is currently active.
- Transferring: The transfer request has started.
- Complete: The collect or transfer request has completed.
- Aborted: The collect or transfer request is incomplete.

| Type of data collection. Possible values are system, applications data, or system and applications data. |
| The health of the collection request. The possible values are: - Error - The health is set to Error in any of the following conditions:
- Collection request is not successfully sent to the agent and it will not retry because of non-recoverable failure
- Collection request is not successfully sent to the agent and maximum attempts to send the request were made without success
- Collection request is complete, and no data was collected as indicated by the collection counters (Active with data = 0 and Terminated with data = 0)
- Warning - The health is set to Warning under the following conditions:
- Collection request is not successfully sent to the agent, but the request will be retried.
- Collection request is successfully sent to the agent, the Collection State is collection complete, and the active metric groups with data is not equal to the configured groups and the missing groups are not specified in the filter file for this computer.
- Collection state is collection running and the terminated metric groups counters (with or without data) are greater than zero, and the terminated groups are not specified in the filter file for this node.
- OK - The collection request is complete.

| The health of the data transfer. The possible values are: - Blank - When the transfer is not configured, the health status is not displayed. No icon is displayed until the transfer state occurs.
- Error - Indicates that the data transfer has failed. Possible issues are:
- Failure to transfer with a non-recoverable error
- Duration expired with no data transferred
- Warning - Indicates that there is an issue with the transfer, but the transfer will be retried. Possible issues are:
- Failure to transfer with a recoverable error
- Partial transfer
- OK - The data transfer state

- Agent version: The version number of Agent.
- Operating system: The operating system on the target computer.
- Repository name: The computer on which the Agent data repository is located.
- Console data repository: The location of the local data repository to which the data is transferred.
- Transfer: The mode of data transfer.

| Provides specific data collection information about the various metric groups that were specified for the data collection. These metric groups are enabled or disabled in the Repository.cfg file. The following information is available: - Configured - Displays the number of groups configured in the Repository.cfg file that are to be collected.
- Active-Data - Displays the number of groups active with collected data available.
- Active-No-Data - Displays the number of groups active with no collected data available.
- Terminated-Data - Displays the number of groups terminated with collected data available.
- Terminated-No-Data - Displays the number of groups terminated with no collected data available.
- Terminated-Filtered - Displays the number of terminated groups that are ignored due to filter.
