Managing charts


You can download, save an offline copy, and print the charts that are displayed on the pages in the Views tab.

To download charts

  1. To download charts in various image formats, click action_menu.pngat the top-right of the chart.
  2. Click Download as.
  3. From the listed formats, click on the format you want to download the chart in.

To save charts data

  1. To save chart data in different formats, click action_menu.png at the top-right of the chart.
  2. Click Save as.
  3. From the listed formats, click on the format you want to save the chart as.

To annotate charts

  1. To adjust the time range selection, select the time frame in the chart and the chart is adjusted to show the selected time range.

  2. To annotate charts, click capacity_pools_chart_options.png at the top-right of the chart.
  3. Click Annotate.
  4. Add your annotation in the chart using the default annotation style.
  5. To customize the style, click annotate.pngand do one, or both of the following:

    1. Click Add and select:
      • Shape to add a shape from the list of predefined shapes.
      • Text to add text.
    2. Click Change and choose from the available options to customize the appearance of your annotation.

    Note

    You can undo, redo or cancel your changes.

To print charts

Note

You must first configure a printer to be able to print charts.

  1. To print charts, click action_menu.png at the top-right of the chart.
  2. Click Print.
  3. In the Print dialog box, review the print properties and click OK.

To maximize or minimize charts

Click chart_zoomin.png at the top-right of the chart. The chart is displayed in the full-screen mode. Click X to close the full-screen mode.

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
