Additional admin actions [Maintenance Tools]

The Gateway Server Maintenance Tool utility is included with the Gateway Server  installation, and is made up of tabbed pages that provide options for administering Gateway Server . You can use this utility to:

  • View installation and configuration log files
  • Locate and view other log files on your system
  • Zip and send files to BMC Customer Support
  • Modify configuration settings for the application
  • Set an encrypted password
  • Generate license usage reports
  • Access the Gateway Server Migrate utility
  • Install and uninstall product patches

The following topics describe how to start the utility and use the options available on each tabbed page:
