Product environment details

Activation tasks for your BMC Helix Capacity Optimization services are performed by BMC, and include provisioning of the solution in all environments, configuring basic data to enable you to use the service, and providing you with login IDs and passwords to each environment.

After the activation tasks are completed, BMC sends you an email message with login credentials and general information about accessing and using your product. 

Your BMC Helix Capacity Optimization includes access to Helix Capacity Optimization Console and Helix Capacity Optimization Dashboard.  You can accomplish most of your capacity planning and administrative activities from the Helix Capacity Optimization Console and work with capacity views and the Investigate tool from the Helix Capacity Optimization Dashboard. Helix Single Sign-On integration is also configured with your activation.
