Viewing user accounts

To view user accounts in the Helix Capacity Optimization Console, go to Administration > Users > Accounts. The Accounts page is displayed, showing a summary table that such as, all BMC Helix Capacity Optimization user account details, such as User name, Description, Email.

You cannot add any new user account or edit the existing account. If you delete a user account on this page, the entry is removed from the list on this page. However, the user is not removed from Helix Single Sign-On. 

All user management tasks must be performed in Helix Single Sign-On. For more information, see Managing-users-and-access-control.
