HP-UX IVM view
The HP Integrity Virtual Machines (IVM) View provides detailed information on HP IVM hosts, partitions and saturation values in the HP virtualization environment.
To access the HP-UX IVM view, in the navigation pane of Helix Capacity Optimization Dashboard, select 
> Capacity > Views > Virtualization > HP-UX > IVM.

Settings for HP-UX IVM view
You can use the Settings page to configure the settings for all pages in the HP-UX IVM view. To access this page, on the IVM view page, select 
> Edit Settings.
Local settings
You can manage the local thresholds by configuring the Maps Settings and Other Settings.

CPU Utilization % | Modify the required values for displaying the threshold values for the CPU utilization in the Maps page of the HP-UX IVM view:

Show Benchmark Type | Edit the required Benchmark Type in the box. Use the subresource for resource BYBENCHMARK_VALUE. |
HP Partition CPU Weight - Rank Partitions using this factor to weight the 'CPU Usage' | Edit the required HP Partition CPU Weight. This factor is used to Rank VMs in the view. |
HP Partition Memory Weight - Rank Partitions using this factor to weight the 'Memory Usage' | Edit the required HP Partition Memory Weight. This factor is used to Rank VMs in the view. |
HP Partition Storage Weight - Rank Partitions using this factor to weight the 'Storage Usage' | Edit the required HP Partition Storage Weight. This factor is used to Rank VMs in the view. |
Data views
Displays the details when the view was last refreshed. Click Refresh views to refresh all HP-UX IVM views. After you click this button, all HP-UX IVM views are scheduled for materialization.
Global settings
- The Thresholds link opens the Thresholds page in the Helix Capacity Optimization Console. For more details, see Configuring-and-managing-thresholds-for-metrics-and-indicators.
- The Indicator Parameters link opens the Indicator Parameters page in the Helix Capacity Optimization Console. For more details, see Configuring-and-managing-thresholds-for-metrics-and-indicators.
