Accessing and using capacity views in the Helix Capacity Optimization Dashboard

You can locate the out-of-the-box and custom capacity views by expanding the Capacity folder in the left navigation pane the Helix Capacity Optimization Dashboard.

Before you begin

  • For out-of-the box views: Ensure that the views you want to work with are installed. For more information, see Installing views.
  • Ensure that you are authorized to access the views that you want to work with. For more information, see Setting-up-users-and-user-groups.

To access the capacity views in the Helix Capacity Optimization Dashboard

  1. Log on to the Helix Capacity Optimization Dashboard.
  2. In the navigation pane, expand Capacity. 
    The out-of-the-box views are listed under their view groups. All the custom views are displayed under the Custom Views folder.
  3. Expand the Views folder to access the view that you want to work with.
