Before and after comparison of a virtualization study


Use the information in this section to see how the deployment of the new guests had affected the key performance statistics of the virtual environment.

The section on top displays a breakdown of the number of physical and virtual entities before and after, along with the operations that occurred. For instance, how many guests were deployed, relocated, new hosts created.

The Before column shows the performance statistics for the virtual hosts prior to the study, while the After column shows the projected performance of those servers after the study.

The host-related values in the Before columns are populated only if existing virtual hosts were involved in the study. Other values such as Number of Physical Servers or Number of Guests to Deploy are shown even if there are no existing virtual hosts in the study.
