The following support is dropped in BMC Helix Capacity Optimization 20.02.

Dropped support for In-app self-help

The self-help menu is no longer available.

Dropped platform support for Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control version 12.1.x

Support for the following versions of OEM Cloud Control is dropped in this release:

12.1.0.1, 12.1.0.3, 12.1.0.4, 12.1.0.5

Dropped platform support

Support for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP4 for Remote ETL Engine, Gateway Server, and Capacity Agent is dropped in version 20.02. For a list of the supported OS versions per component, see Planning.

Features and components deprecated in 20.02

Support for the following Moviri ETLs is deprecated in BMC Helix Capacity Optimization 20.02:

  • Moviri Integrator for BMC Helix Capacity Optimization - HP BSM 
  • Moviri Integrator for BMC Helix Capacity Optimization - HP uCMDB
  • Moviri Integrator for BMC Helix Capacity Optimization - HP SiteScope
