Managing the Cloud Cost Control settings
The Settings page in Cloud Cost Control enables you to configure various settings that are related to the simulation migration and on-premises costs and instance types.
To access the Settings page, in the navigation pane 
of the Helix Capacity Optimization Dashboard, select Cloud Cost Control, and click 
Settings > Edit Settings.
You can achieve the following goals from the Settings page:
