Setting up end user authentication


As a SaaS administrator, you can configure Remedy SSO to authenticate end users by using the following authentication methods:

  • AR
  • Certificate-based
  • LDAP
  • Local
  • Kerberos
  • OpenID Connect
  • Pre-authentication
  • SAML 2.0
