Performing the installation

After you complete the preparing for installation tasks, you can install Remedy Single Sign-On. Use one of the available methods to install Remedy SSO:

(Recommended) Use a standard installation wizard available with the installation package. 

Create the options.txt file, and run the installer from the command line. 

Run scripts to install and configure the server and database for Remedy SSO.

Note

To perform a fresh installation on a server that already has Remedy SSO, you must uninstall the existing instance of Remedy SSO.

You can upgrade Remedy SSO if a version to be installed is later than the already installed version.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
