Rebranding the multiple service provider page


As a BMC Helix Single Sign-On administrator, when you have configured a managed service provider (MSP) functionality for your realm, you can change the default MSP page branding in accordance with your company standards and requirements. The MSP page serves as a proxy that identifies the authentication mechanism before displaying the login page.

To rebrand the managed service provider page

  1. Log in to the BMC Helix SSO Admin Console.
  2. Click the Realm tab.
  3. In the MSP tab, click Branding to add branding details.

    Customize MSP Page

    Customizes the MSP page. After you select this option, the Preview button is enabled.

    Window Title

    Enter a title for the browser window.

    Product Name

    Enter the name of the product.

    UsernameEnter the user name.
    Submit Form ColorSelect the color of the login form canvas.

    Logo

    Click the pencil icon to change the company logo and upload an image according to the following requirements:

    • The maximum image resolution must be 240 x 60 pixels.
    • The proportion of the width and height must be 4:1.
    • The image must have one of the following extensions: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tga, tif, tiff.

    Background

    Click the pencil icon to change the background image, and upload an image according to the following requirements:

    • The maximum image resolution must be 1920 x 1080 pixels.
    • The proportion of the width and height must be 16:9.
    • The image must have one of the following extensions: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tga, tif, tiff.

    Username Placeholder

    Enter the user name.

    Submit Form Button ColorSelect the color of the Submit button in the login form.
  4. Click Preview to see the preview of the MSP page.
  5. Click Save.

When you save the changes, the new branding options will be displayed on the MSP page.
