Reviewing system data cleanup
As a BMC Helix Single Sign-On SaaS administrator, you can view and analyze the cleanup status of old data records in the BMC Helix SSO server. This option helps maintain system efficiency and detect unexpected delays.
To review the state of cleanup processes
- Log in to the BMC Helix SSO Admin Console.
- Navigate to the Service tab.
- Go to Housekeeping Status.
The status table displays details of automated maintenance tasks performed by the BMC Helix SSO server. Events include:
- Deletion of outdated audit records
- Deletion of outdated Chronicle records
- Deletion of outdated RelayState records
- Deletion of outdated sessions and OAuth2 tokens
- Deletion of revoked JSON Web Tokens (JWTs)
