Managing the BMC Atrium SSO Tenant Console

The BMC Atrium SSO Tenant Console is available to users who are added to the BMCSaaSAdmin group. These users are called tenant administrators, and they manage the Remedy application in the customer environment. Tenant administrators can use the BMC Atrium SSO Tenant Console to perform the following tasks:

  • Configure the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server as a service provider (SP), and configure an external identity provider as Identity Provider (IdP). This solution provides a way to configure authentication to meet your requirements.
  • Customize the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On logon page with your brand details.

Accessing the BMC Atrium SSO Tenant Console

To configure Security Assertion Markup Language 2.0 (SAMLv2) for authentication and to customize the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On logon page, you must log on to the BMC Atrium SSO Tenant Console. The URL has the following format:

https://<fqdn>:<port>/atriumsso/UI/Login?realm=<realm>

In this URL, the following values apply:

  • <fqdn> is the fully qualified domain name of the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server or load balancer (in HA mode)
  • <port> is the port number from the site URL or the server URL
  • <realm> is the name of the realm

Note

The BMC Remedy administrator provides the BMC Atrium SSO Tenant Console URL to the tenant administrator.
